PLEASE NOTE: If we do not hear from you within 1 hour of landing we may consider this an abandoned booking and could leave without you. Our driver will not enter a car park until you make contact confirming your location.
No Phone or Dead Battery, no problem, if possible please use a public payphone or customer services at the airport to alert the office. Failure to make contact may result in an abandoned pick-up. Our drivers will always do their best to locate you! If they have not heard back from you within 45 minutes of landing they will head for parking and come into arrivals to greet you and our back-up plan for this is a meeting point, please proceed as quickly as possible to one of these points based on the terminal you may be in…
Heathrow Terminal 2 – as you come through customs and exit into the arrivals hall, turn right and head toward the Boots chemist. If our driver hasn’t already found you they will look for you around the Boots shop logo. – £7.50 for 29 mins.
Heathrow Terminal 3 – as you come through customs and exit into the arrivals hall please make your way to the right and ahead you will see the Boots chemist. If our driver hasn’t already found you they will look for you around the Boots shop logo. – £7.50 for 29 mins.
Heathrow Terminal 4 – as you come through customs and exit into the arrivals hall, please make your way to the left and on the left you will see the Boots chemist. If our driver hasn’t already found you they will look for you around the Boots shop logo. – £7.50 for 29 mins.
Heathrow Terminal 5 – as you come through customs and exit into the arrivals hall you will see a large Costa Coffee shop. Please go to the right of Costa Coffee (right when looking at costa from the customs exit) and you will see a Glass elevator shaft. If our driver hasn’t already found you they will look for you by this elevator. – £7.50 for 29 mins.
Gatwick North – as you come through customs and exit into the arrivals hall, please turn sharply right and right again, you will see on your left, the M&S Food shop. If our driver hasn’t already found you, please wait by the large M&S shop logo. – £7.00 for 30 mins.
Gatwick South – as you come through customs and exit into the arrivals hall, please turn sharply right, and right again, you will see straight ahead, the M&S Food shop. If our driver hasn’t already found you, please wait by the large M&S shop logo. – £7.00 for 30 mins.
Bournemouth – as you come through customs and exit into the arrivals hall, please turn left and exit the double doors to your right. Our driver will meet you by the corner post to the building.
Airports with Drop-off / Pick-up Points
These airports have lanes for a quick drop-off or pick-up, our driver will make contact and ask that you let them know when you are at the pick-up point before entering to collect you.
Southampton – as you come through customs please proceed to the Short-Stay Car Park and go to the Drop-off / Pick-up point located on the ground floor – £7 for 20 mins.
Luton – please proceed to the Drop-off / Pick-up zone located out or the arrivals hall and as you come through the double doors bear to the left and then over to the right. It is signposted Drop-off / Pick-up Zone. – £7 for 10mins, £1 per min thereafter max 30 mins.
Stanstead – please proceed to the Express Set-Down point D, located outside of the arrivals hall through the double / revolving doors. Point D is located on the far side of the lanes. – £7 for 15mins.
Bristol – please proceed to the Drop-off / Pick-up point located to the left as you come out of the arrivals building. – £7 for 10mins, £1 per min thereafter max 30 mins.
PLEASE NOTE: Drivers will not enter any parking facilities for pick-up until contact has been established or prior arrangement was agreed directly with the driver upon original outbound drop-off. The initial parking period is included in your fare and charges over this period become your liability if you cause further delay by not being ready at the pick-up location.
